| SWERVY WORLD foyer band The U.K's number one foyer band, still going strong after 16 years! Providing Live music for Foyers, serving an ice breaking cheery ambience. Making guests feel welcome, feel special and feel relaxed. MUSICAL STYLES: It depends on the venue briefing but...If left to our own devices it may well go like this.... Starting with some up tempo 1930's Jazz standards, morphing into 40's swing jive, then suddenly from nowhere a Boogie Woogie, some western swing with daft lyrics, some classic 50's rock and roll, a leap into the world of latin, a couple of tijuana herb alpert tunes, a song about cheese, an Abba song, some spaghetti western film themes, a waltz, a tango, some mental ska versions of sixties film themes, perhaps a good singalong song from a musical, winding up with some ancient old crooner anthems and then back on for an encore of Ballads in six eight tempo.
